Accounting & General Ltd is a chartered certified accountancy practice based at Brixham Harbourside, supporting Devon’s food, drink, leisure and tourism businesses with high‑quality accounts, tax, VAT, payroll and real‑time management information. Founded in 2009, we combine industry experience with modern, cloud‑based systems to give business owners clear, up‑to‑date insight into profitability and performance.

Our team includes three Chartered Certified Accountants, three AAT Accounting Technicians, an AAT Level 3 Bookkeeper and an AAT Level 3 apprentice, enabling us to provide responsive, expert support to businesses of all sizes. We work with many pubs, restaurants, hotels, guest houses, clubs and societies across Devon, helping them operate confidently and sustainably.

From our sea‑view offices within the University of Plymouth’s Brixham Laboratory complex, we are also able to host Food Drink Devon member events and workshops, with meeting rooms and onsite catering available.
