Hollow Oak is a small-scale beekeeping business based in East Devon, producing raw honey and a range of hive-based products from our own bees.

Our hives are located across Beer, Branscombe and Colyton, allowing us to produce honey that reflects the local landscape and forage throughout the seasons. We focus on minimal processing, small batches and keeping everything as close to the hive as possible.

Alongside honey, we produce beeswax products using wax from our own hives, ensuring full traceability and a strong connection between our products and place.

We supply independent shops across Devon, attend local markets and events, and work directly with customers who value locally produced, seasonal food.

We are also developing partnerships with local businesses through hive sponsorship, helping support pollinators while strengthening links between the local environment and Devon’s food community.
