Stone Tree Dairy is a Dartmouth-based artisan producer of raw milk goats cheese using milk from our own grass-fed, outdoor-raised goats. Established in 2024, our cheeses are already winning awards, including Taste of the West Gold (Redlap, Fresh Curd)
We produce four cheeses:
Redlap – semi-hard cheese made in large wheels (2.5kgs and 10kgs), available in whole/ part wheels or cut/ packed
Pebble – soft, washed rind cheese, large (1kg) or individual cheeses, available seasonally April – January
Salty – ‘feta-style’ cheese sold in brine in whole bricks (1.5-2kgs) or in individual tubs
Fresh goats curd -our best-selling, mousse-like fresh cheese available in 175/250g tubs or by the kg for restaurants etc. Available seasonally March – December
All of our cheese is made and matured at our farm, with milk piped directly from the milking parlour to the cheese dairy.
We work with local distributors or sell directly to retail/ catering outlets in the local area.
