Nestled between land and sea, at the top of a tranquil tidal creek on the Salcombe estuary, the Millbrook Inn is a hidden haven for those who enjoy good food, great wine and a pint of local ale in front of the fire or by the brook.

For generations the Millbrook has held a special place in the hearts of locals and honorary locals. We know the memories it holds, and we’re committed to preserving it for future generations. Since we took over in Spring 2021, we’ve refurbed the pub and its kitchen and have recently opened luxury accommodation across the road.

Our food is prepared with great care and love and served simply to reflect the seasons. We use the highest quality meat and vegetables from our family farm, Fowlescombe Farm about 15 miles away, and source fish from local day boats.

We’re a beautiful old pub in one of the prettiest villages in the area. With our cosy fire in winter and bubbling brook in summer, the Millbrook is always a special place to stop for a drink.

New for 2023, you can stay a little longer in our luxury guest accommodation, arrange in two self contained cottages just across the road from the pub.

Named after our idyllic position, Land and Sea both feature modern kitchens and spacious living rooms, private gardens and two bedrooms with Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury toiletries. The design is clean and modern, with a strong dose of the Millbrook charm you’ve come to expect.
