way to make a good marmalade. The sharpness and clarity of the fruit shines through into two distinctive ranges, Proper Marmalade consists of more traditional flavours. Some of which include Seville Orange, Tawny Seville, Lemon and Lime, St. Clements, Pink Grapefruit. Improper Marmalade will bring out your quirkier side with flavours such as Blood Orange & Black Pepper, Pink Gin, Gin & Tonic, Hot Orange. There really is a flavour for everyone to enjoy.
