A full day out; as well as the food hall, there are 3 restaurants/cafes, an amazing selection of home, lifestyle & outdoor departments (AGA, Fired Earth, Orange Tree, Cotswold Outdoor & RSPB), a Wellness Spa & hair salon.

The food hall champions homegrown, local food, low food-miles, seasonality, wellness & sustainability. Each day, the cart is filled with veg that has been handpicked from the fields that same morning, travelling just metres to the farm shop; zero food miles, zero emissions & zero plastic packaging.

Out in the fields, you will also find the herd of native Ruby Red Cattle that are slow reared to natural maturity. What they can’t grow & rear themselves, they work with their vibrant community of artisan food producers & farmers who share their values & passion.

Just over the hedge from where they graze their ruby reds, sits their Pebblebed Vineyard & Winery. The team are proud to be one of very few single estate producers in the country; growing their grapes & producing their wines in the same place.
