Porsham Farm

Nestled in the rolling hills of South Devon, just minutes from Dartmoor National Park and the Tamar Valley Natural Landscape and bioregion, Porsham Farm is a 5th generation working dairy farm.

Since 2003 we have been dedicated to changing our farming system working towards a more regenerative approach to how we hold the land we farm.
We farm our 212 acres of pasture, 8 acres of woodland and 14kilometres of hedges with organic principles aiming to be more resilient to changing weather conditions and world event. Growing herbal leys for the cows and pigs - they graze 365 days of the year whilst having access to hedges to browse and self medicate.
No routine antibiotics, vaccinations or wormers are used - animal welfare and soil health are paramount and we aim for a closed loop system.
With sweeping views across the Tamar River and a deep-rooted commitment to biodiversity, our farm is a haven for nature lovers, food enthusiasts, and those seeking a true taste of Devon.

We are proud to be regular irregular suppliers to Nora's, Zephyr Burgers, Salumi and City College Plymouth Hospitality and Catering PL1 restaurant as well as direct sales to the general public in our local community.

We proudly offer a range of farm-crafted delights, including:
Wagyu Cross Beef & Retired Dairy Beef and Pork – Ethically raised, grass-fed beef with exceptional flavour and texture
Undecorated Cakes – Award-winning, freshly baked on-site using traditional recipes and local ingredients.
Brownies & Brownies by Post – Rich, indulgent treats available for local pickup or nationwide delivery.
Cream Teas – A Devon classic, featuring homemade scones, clotted cream, and preserves.
Preserves – Handmade jams and chutneys, crafted from seasonal produce grown on the farm.
Our farm is more than just a place to buy food—it's a place to experience it.

Last year we welcomed over 1500 people to the farm - whether you're visiting from a local school or community group, exploring Airy Knapp where we offer nature engagement and forest school in our ancient woodland, staying in our accommodation or simply enjoying the peace of the countryside, Porsham Farm offers a warm welcome and a genuine connection to the land.
